Cockburn Community Development Group

The Cockburn Community Development Group (CCDG) consists of representatives from Residents and Community Associations across the City of Cockburn.  The CCDG meets every two months on the last Wednesday of every odd-numbered month - January, March, May, July, September and November.

Membership Taskforce 

 

The purpose of the Membership Taskforce is to identify opportunities to increase membership of CCDG members and to coordinate the Very Important Volunteer Card program.

Fundraising Taskforce

The purpose of the Fundraising Taskforce is to raise funds for participating members of the Fundraising Taskforce and assist members of the Cockburn Community Development Group in undertaking fundraising inititiatives.

COCKBURN COMMUNITY PARENTS GROUP

The Regional Parents Group is a network of parent organisations in Cockburn.  Represenatives from each P&C/P&F are invited to on a quarterly basis - with one meeting per term (as agreed at the first meeting of the year).   

The RPG supports the monthly Spotlight on our School's initiative - monthly space in the Cockburn Gazette features activities, events and programs in local schools.

The RPG hosts guest speakers relevant to P&Cs/P&Fs throughout the year.
