Pen holders at the Port Coogee Marina have access to a variety of facilities and services, including:

  • Safe and secure moorings, including for day visitors
  • Service jetty with fuel and sullage coming soon

  • Flexible licensing periods - nightly through to two years available
  • Floating mooring pens
  • In walking distance of cafes, supermarkets and retail
  • Consistent and customer-focused administration services
  • 8-20m pen configurations (including catamaran size)
  • Close to boat maintenance facilities at Woodman Point and Fishing Boat Harbour 

Services

 

  • Close to regular bus services along Cockburn Road
  • Waste removal - rubbish receivable point available at the end of each jetty (no fish scraps)
  • Land-based ablution facilities available exclusively for pen holders
  • Power and water available for each pen
  • No dedicated pen holder parking at this stage, possible options are being investigated
