Waste

Henderson Waste Recovery Park

Please place your green waste on the verge by 6.00am on the scheduled start date for your area as the contractor will
only check the verge once.

Allow 5-7 working days for collection.  If your green waste has NOT been collected within this timeframe, please contact
9411 3444.

Please place waste on the verge, approximately one metre back from the kerb, without obstructing footpaths or creating a safety hazard.

Items should be placed clear of trees and sprinklers to allow pickup by mechanical means (eg BOBCAT).

Collection is limited to approximately TWO TRAILER LOADS (2.0 cubic metres)

Excess green waste will not be taken.

Bulk Verge collections are for residential properties only and do not include commercial properties or schools.

Waste placed on the verge more than 10 days prior to your area collection commencing, or after the truck has passed, may be liable for a $200 litter infringement notice.

Flyers will NO LONGER be delivered to your letterbox to announce each bulk verge collection. Residents are therefore advised to KEEP the CALENDAR mailed to them by the City of Cockburn in mid 2012, as it contains ALL relevant information and details for the financial year 2012/13.
