A dog-gone good time 

Calling all dog lovers! Fur Run is the dog-gone event of the year. Put your furry friend on a leash and head down to MacFaull Park, Spearwood to join in the activities, make new friends, and have a tail-wagging good time. 

Paw-some activities  

Enjoy heaps of free activities on the day, including:  

• 11am Fur Run - enjoy a 1km walk, run, or roll around picturesque MacFaull Park. 
• Midday Pooch Parade - register on the day for your chance to win some great prizes
• Free vet checks with Spearwood Vet 
• Large area for dogs to play in
• Play, learn, climb and jump through obstacles on the Agile Dogs Agility Course
• Bouncy castles
• Demos and tips from Perth Primetime Dog Training – experts in reward-based training for better dog behaviour and stronger bonds.
• Custom Caricaturist Artwork
• Pick up some cool treats from the City of Cockburn Rangers.

Yoga with Your Doggo

Get ready to stretch, flow, and connect with your furry best friend at our BYO dog yoga session. Each session runs for approximately 40–45 minutes and is run by the amazing team at Little Paws Yoga – check them out on Instagram at @littlepawsyoga. Each session has a maximum capacity of 12 participants, including their dogs.

Session Times:

Session 1: 10.30am - 11.10am

Session 2: 11.20am - 12.00pm

Session 3: 12.10pm - 12.50pm

Please bring only friendly, well-socialised dogs who are comfortable around other dogs and people. The yoga area will be securely sectioned off with an inflatable barrier, so you won’t need to worry about your dog running away during the session.

Pooch Parade

Get ready to showcase your furry friends at the 2025 Pooch Parade. This parade is the perfect opportunity for you and your canine companion to strut your stuff for your chance to win some fun prizes and awards.

• Hot Diggety Dawg Award – Biggest Personality
• Wolf Whistle Award – Best Costume

The parade is free to enter. Register on the day at the City of Cockburn Information tent before 11.30am to take part.
