Question: If so, can the city confirm if there was a small dog injured/killed?
Answer:
As a result of a dog attack, we understand that one dog died as a result of its injuries.

Question: Is there any outcome from this incident?
Answer:
This incident is currently under investigation and as a result the City cannot provide any further comment at this time.
