Question: I was wondering if there were any plans to make use of that land (sand patch behind Victor George Kailis Oval at Cockburn ARC) or what development plans have been/are in place for it?
Answer:
 There are no current development or subdivisional applications for any of the Mixed Use Residential, Retail and Commercial lots (Parcels 7 and 8-13) behind Victor George Kailis Oval at Cockburn ARC.
This land is owned by DevelopmentWA, who have indicated that this will be a future stage of the Cockburn Central West project.
