Cockburn Central is one of Perth’s biggest and most vibrant activity centres. The area offers a range of easy to access shopping and dining options.

Cockburn Central Town Centre

Cockburn Central  town centre has a vibrant mix of residential, retail and commercial properties. It is located right next to the Cockburn Central Train Station, which provides frequent and fast access to the Perth CBD.

The Cockburn Central town centre is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The town centre park has a fun water feature for kids and in summer months, the park hosts outdoor movie nights and other activities.

The development of the town centre is guided by the Cockburn Central Structure Plan.

Shopping

Cockburn Central is within easy walking distance of the Cockburn Gateway Shopping City in Success, which offers a wide range of shopping and dining. The popular Shopping City is a family-friendly attraction, which is open seven days a week.

Dining

There are many places to enjoy a quick bite, casual or family meal in and around Cockburn Central. The Cockburn Gateway Shopping City has a number of alfresco restaurants and cafes and The Gate Bar and Bistro is close by.
