About the event

Are you in your running era? Come run with a bunch of legends and join the ARC Run Club! 

They're gearing up this winter to take on the Bibra Lake Fun Run on Sunday, 8 September. Get ready with for race day with an 8-week training program designed to whip you into shape and help you crush your fitness goals.

The 8-week program includes:   

  • 2 x weekly outdoor training sessions (Mondays & Thursdays, 6pm to 7pm) 
  • Health assessments & body scans 
  • Individualized strength training program 
  • A swanky new Run Club t-shirt
  • Weekly updates to keep you motivated and on track!    
All running levels are welcome. Whether you're a complete newbie trying to improve your fitness or a Strava enthusiast with a goal time to beat.

It all kicks off on Monday 15 July. Get in quick, spots are limited!
