About the event

Running season is in full swing and ARC Run Club is here to take the slog out of the jog.

This time, they’re gearing up for the HBF Run for a Reason on Sunday 25 May. Join the club, and not only will you run with a bunch of legends, but you’ll get a personalised 8-week training program designed to whip you into shape - and maybe even help you hit a PB!

The 8-week program includes:   

  • 2 x weekly outdoor training sessions (Mondays & Thursdays, 6-7am & 6-7pm) 
  • Health assessments & body scans 
  • Personalised strength training program 
  • 3 fitness tests before, during and after the program
  • ARC Run Club training t-shirt
  • Weekly updates to keep you motivated and on track. 
All running levels are welcome. Whether you're a complete newbie trying to improve your fitness or a Strava enthusiast with a goal time to beat.

It all kicks off on Monday 31 March. Get in quick, spots are limited!
