Join us for March Forward Together, an event for business and professional women brought to you by the City of Cockburn, Melville Cockburn Chamber of Commerce (MCCC) and Entrepreneurs in Residence (EiR).

Your keynote speaker 

Discover the remarkable story of Mary Raine (1877-1960), a pioneering West Australian philanthropist and investor, through the powerful narrative of keynote speaker Dr Amelia Scaffidi, acting director of the Raine Foundation. 

Mary Raine’s story is a West Australian legacy we can take inspiration from and use as a springboard as we march forwards to a gender-equal future. 

Interactive breakout sessions 

Dive deep into discussions, activities and skill-building workshops with our expert presenters. You’ll be invited to rotate through all four group sessions in small groups where you can reflect, discuss and build your network.   

Panel discussion 

The theme of this year’s IWD is “March Forwards” and marks 30 years since the UN Women’s Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action. The panel will explore this theme and your questions and insights will guide their discussion.
