Event Details:
- This is a free all ages, family friendly event. Tickets are not required
- Seating/standing is unallocated. Chairs and picnic rugs are welcome - Please follow the signage to the designated seating areas
- There are a huge range of free family activities to enjoy throughout the night
- Limited parking is available in the park adjacent to the oval. In addition to the bays at the Facility, there is street and verge parking and overflow parking at the nearby Success Primary School
- Additional parking is available at the Aubin Grove Train Station (six minute walk). Please do not park on verges, or streets that have 'no parking' signs, and respect local residents by not blocking access to their driveways
- Limited on-site parking is available for ACROD permit holders via Hammond Road. Path matting will be in place, however be mindful that this is an outdoor event on grassed areas, so there may be uneven surfaces. Auslan interpreters will be on stage signing for the duration of the event.

As well as a line-up of incredible sounds, Beeliar Sun Sets will deliver an epic evening of free family fun. Here’s just a taste of what you can expect:
- Pop-up party Dodgeball!
- Silent disco (ages 10+)
- Sparkle station to get your festival glow on!
- Activities with the Jandakot volunteer Bush Fire Brigade
- The chance to jump, swirl and shake it out at the Eco Faerie Energiser Zone (toddlers to adults)
- Carnival rides and games (fees apply).

It won’t be long before Beeliar Sun Sets takes centre stage from 5pm on Saturday 22 February at Success Regional Sporting Facility. Looking for more information about what to bring, and what isn’t allowed at the venue? We have you covered:
Good to go
✅ Drink bottles – there will be hydration stations at the event where you can refill for free
✅ Snacks (and we have loads of delicious food trucks)
✅ Sunscreen (no aerosol) and insect repellent
✅ Small to medium eskies
✅ Rugs, low-lying chairs and cushions. You’re welcome to sit with these in the ‘low chairs and rugs’ section. Camping chairs are also permitted and will need to be placed in the designated ‘high chair seating’ area, to enable visibility for everyone
✅ Prams and trolleys to transport possessions are permitted. Prams and wheelchair users should utilise the allocated ‘high chair’ zone
✅ There will be no licensed areas or alcohol for sale. You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks to share with friends. Don’t forget your picnic blanket!
✅ Bring your own reusable plates and cups and leave the single use plastics at home as we try to reduce waste at our events.
