About the event

Froggy’s Fun on the Green is a free, family-friendly mobile outdoor play session for Cockburn families or carers with children aged 0 to 5 years. It offers fun activities for children and a chance for mums, dads, grandparents or carers to connect with others, and also access information and support.

Two sessions are held per week during school terms.

Please note:

  • No bookings are required to attend, just sign in so we can record attendance
  • If you arrive early (before 9am or 8.30am in Term 1) at the park, use the playground until the session is set up
  • Do not attend if you or your child is sick
  • Help staff pack up after the session
  • Park in the designated parking areas, not the verge, to avoid fines by Rangers
  • Do not bring your dogs for safety reasons
  • Parents/carers are responsible for looking after their children at all times (please note there is a lake in Manning Park)
  • Please don't take photos or videos of children who are not yours or who you are not caring for on the day.
  • In case of bad weather, call 0467 713 447 to see if Froggy is going ahead, but remember staff are busy setting up so cannot always respond immediately. If weather is extreme the session will be cancelled - check City Facebook and this website page.
The City of Cockburn accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred by attending this program.
