Want support to make healthy lifestyle changes but don't know where to start?

HEAL - Healthy Eating and Active Lifestyle Program is our longest running exercise and nutrition program.

Join a small group each week to get support in changing your lifestyle, under the guidance of an Exercise Physiologist and a Nutritionist.

Each week the group will learn about healthy eating, how to avoid diet 'traps' and tips to making healthy choices easier.

In addition, exercise sessions will teach you how to exercise safely, at your own pace and how to exercise at home.
