Kick off your lifestyle change in 2025 with Kicking Goals men's soccer program!

Kicking Goals for Life is a recreational soccer program for men to get fit and lose weight in a friendly and supportive environment.
Join others like yourself in social weekly games where your 'goals' are more than just kicking a ball!
A qualified lifestyle coach will assist you to:

  • Manage your weight
  • Improve mental health
