The Cockburn Support Service is available for people dealing with:
- Depression
- Stress
- Relationship problems
- Self-esteem
- Anger management
- Grief.
We offer short-term counselling to individuals, as well as information and referrals to help you connect with services and resources in the community.
Our qualified staff are here to work alongside you to assist you through various systems that impact your life, such as education, health care, disability services, and housing.

My Time Aboriginal Support Group
My Time is an Aboriginal parent and carer support group. The group yarns about experiences and learning about family connection over food and friendships.
Beeliar Hub Parents Group
Beeliar Hub is a meeting place for parents and young children. Come and enjoy a cuppa, meet other parents and provide your child with an environment to socialise and play.
Wise Women Workshops
Wise Women Workshops are free monthly sessions for women over the age of 45. It involves presentations and discussions on a variety of topics such as well-being, mindfulness, heart health and assertive communication.
The Mental Health Support App is designed for people living in Cockburn, Fremantle, and Melville. It provides information on services for individuals, families, and people supporting others.
Most services are free and do not require referrals or mental health care plans.

Here For You is a confidential telephone service for anyone concerned about their own or another person's alcohol and other drug use and/or mental health issues.
