Tell us what you think of the Changing Place facility

In 2017, the City of Cockburn became one of the first in the state with an accredited 'Changing Place' facility. The City received funding from the State Government's Changing Places Grant Program to deliver the project. The Grant Program was funded by the Department of Communities (formerly the Disability Services Commission) and administered by the Western Australian Local Government Association (WALGA).

As part of an overall evaluation of the Grant Program, surveys are being delivered to identify how Changing Place facilities have impacted on people with disability, their families, carers and the broader community.

If you have personally used, or supported someone with a disability to use the Changing Place in the public toilet block at the Bibra Lake Regional Playground we would love to hear your feedback. Please complete this short online survey to share your feedback. Your feedback is anonymous and will greatly support the measurement and promotion of the impact that projects like this one have on our community.
