Coastal Fun in the Sun

The Coogee Beach Festival is back to bring a little more sun, sea and fun to your long weekend. Here’s just a snapshot of what will
be taking place down by the shore:

  • Water slides and splash zone: Ocean Splash, Tiki Island Obstacle Course, Jungle Splash and Water Splasher
  • Big Wave mechanical surfboard
  • Face painting
  • Mermaids and pirates
  • Kite Display
  • Sensory Zone
  • Jetty DJ
  • Free sausage sizzle (while stocks last).

Event Parking:

Parking at Coogee Beach Reserve will be limited, so we encourage local residents to use active transport such as walking, riding, or scooting to get to and from the event. Temporary overflow parking will be available on Cockburn Road, at Len McTaggart Park, and Coogee Community Hall. Additional parking can also be found at North Coogee and the Coogee Beach Surf Life Saving Club. ACROD parking bays will be available in the Coogee Beach car park, with access via Perlinte View. Please be considerate of local residents by avoiding blocking driveways or parking on lawns and footpaths.
 
This event is part of the Auspire event series, which promotes social and cultural inclusion and helps to inspire Australians to reflect, respect and celebrate Australia Day. We look forward to seeing you at Coogee Beach Reserve!
