Annual Electors' Meeting Live Streaming - 7pm, Thursday 30 January 2025

The Annual Electors’ Meeting of the City of Cockburn will be held in the Cockburn Council Chambers on Thursday 30 January 2025 at 7pm. A live stream link will be made closer to the meeting.

To allow questions to be properly scheduled and answered, notice of questions and motions are required to be lodged in writing, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Cockburn, PO Box 1215, Bibra Lake 6965 or via the City’s website until 5pm, Monday 27 January 2025.

About Council Meetings

The City of Cockburn holds its Ordinary Council Meetings (OCM) on the second Tuesday of each month, starting at 7pm (doors open at 6.45pm). Council meetings are open to the public, live streamed and are held in the Council Chambers at the City’s Administration Building, 9 Coleville Crescent, Spearwood. For Public Questions and Deputations please refer to Public Questions and Deputations protocol on the City’s website. Write to the Chief Executive Officer at PO Box 1215, Bibra Lake, WA, 6955, or fill in the online form on the Public Questions and Deputations page.

A video recording of the Council meeting will be made available within two business days on the Council Meeting Video Recording page.

The Annual Electors' Meeting (AEM) is held on the first Thursday in February every year, commencing at 7pm, and is also open to the public.

Audit Risk and Compliance Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of March, May, July and September, and November or December, and are open to the public. They are held in Council Chambers at the City’s Administration Building. Doors open 15 minutes prior to commencement of meeting.
