The City of Cockburn currently manages over $1.3 billion of infrastructure assets in a cost-effective manner to deliver services to the City's residential and business communities. Asset management covers roads, footpaths, buildings, drainage, buildings, parks and environment also fleet and plant.
The City’s 2020-2021 to 2023–2024 Asset Management Plans (AMPs) enable the sustainable and cost-effective administration of key City infrastructure, whilst supporting the corporate planning framework as key strategic informing strategies that assists the City in its yearly budgeting process and supports the management of long term asset renewal planning and funding requirements. The latest revisions are below and include two new AMPs, Marina and Coastal Infrastructure and Cockburn ARC.
