Special Electors' Meeting - Submit a Motion Form

All proposed motions must be moved and seconded by an elector present at the meeting before the motion can be discussed or voted on at the meeting.
An elector is defined in the Local Government Act 1995. An elector is a person who is eligible to vote in an election of the City of Cockburn. For the purpose of meetings of electors, the definition of an elector is to include ratepayers.
