In this session, we are pleased to welcome Michael Faulkner, Business and Economic Development Principal at the City of Cockburn, Board Member of Henderson Alliance, and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, as he shares insight on the crucial aspects of Business Planning and Finance Management, highlighting the importance of optimising business projections and benefits of strategic preparation.
Michael brings extensive expertise in fostering Government-to-Government strategic relationships and facilitating economic exchange opportunities on a global scale. With over 25 years in the Corporate Banking and financial services sectors across South-East Asia, he has a proven track record across diverse industries. His qualifications include a Master of International Business, and he serves as an experienced lecturer on International Negotiations at Edith Cowan University.
Michael has led numerous delegations to China, Indonesia, and Singapore, successfully securing significant economic exchange agreements with international governments. His efforts have been instrumental in developing strategic alliances and expansive networks beneficial for local businesses.
