Cat Sterilisation Subsidy Form

To be eligible for the subsidy, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Your cat must be sterilised, microchipped and registered if over six months old
  • Be a resident of the City of Cockburn
  • Have paid the full cost of the sterilisation
  • Your cat must have been sterilised less than 12 months before your application for a subsidy.
 This form must be completed within 12 months of sterilisation to claim the subsidy.

Please note that applications may take up to eight weeks to process.
