The Online Services eProperty website will be offline for upgrades from 5pm, Friday 22 November until 8am, Tuesday 26 November. Lodgements and payment information will also be unavailable at the Administration Building or by phone during this time.

Please read on for a full list of the services affected. 

Unavailable online services:

  • eProperty rating services (e.g. rates exemptions, property enquiries)
  • All online payments (e.g. debtors, infringements, animal payments and bonds, rates, Cockburn Care, health licences, firebreak)
  • Trackable customer requests (e.g. reporting complaints and damaged bins)
  • Any type of building, planning or health services applications
  • Animal registrations

Available online services:

  • General website information and documents
  • General website forms such as ‘report a problem’, ‘contact us’, ‘appeal an infringement’
  • Online maps
  • Bin collection days
  • Venue bookings
  • Comment on Cockburn website
  • Cockburn Libraries website
  • Cockburn ARC website.
