About the event

We are delighted to have back the award-winning writer, speaker, documentary producer and globally recogised thought leader in the field of dementia - Michael Verde.

Michael founded Memory Bridge in 2003. Currently Memory Bridge's programs are hosted on three continents and provide ongoing education to caregivers in 14 countries and Micheal is back at the Cockburn Senior Centre for one day only to discuss the common fears of people living with dementia.

This free, 90-minute presentation includes a Q&A session and will introduce participants to an inspiring vision of community that includes people living with dementia.

Additionally, participants will learn the mindset and skill set of connecting with people with dementia in mutually life-changing ways.
