The City of Cockburn is considering disposal of property situated at 17 Imlah Court, Jandakot and described as Lot 3 on DP415591 by way of sale. 

The property comprises an area of 1,774m2 and is zoned Residential (R25) and has an existing residential dwelling. A recent market valuation by a licensed valuer returned a sales value of $845,000 excluding GST. The property is offered on a ‘as is’ basis.
